My journey with multisite began as the senior pastor of Woodmen Valley Chapel in Colorado Springs in the mid-1990’s. It got me invited to pioneer the multisite model at Willow Creek in 2000. Five years and four campuses later I started MultiSite Solutions in 2005 to help churches develop and implement this emerging model of local church expansion.
As the multisite movement grew so did MultiSite Solutions. I published books, created resources, formed strategic partnerships, added associates and consulted hundreds of churches across the nation and beyond in multisite, merger and multiplication strategies.
Today I am delighted to announce that I have begun the formal transition of MultiSite Solutions to Tony Morgan and The Unstuck Group. We will begin this two-year merger-succession transition in February 2019.
I am excited about transitioning MultiSite Solutions to The Unstuck Group because of the complementary and synergistic impact of our two companies coming together under one banner.
The Unstuck Group is the premier resource in church health and revitalization. MultiSite Solutions helps healthy churches grow through multiplication strategies. We are convinced we can better serve local churches together!
Tony and I began our companies about the same time to serve local churches and have been strategic partners with many churches over the years. I have always appreciated Tony’s love for the local church and his practical, no-nonsense understanding of what it takes to be a healthy, growing and high-impacting local church.
I will continue to lead MultiSite Solutions over the next year as we work to make a smooth transition to The Unstuck Group. All of my current and former clients will have my full availability with the added benefit of The Unstuck Group.
In addition, I will continue serving churches as part of the multisite-merger-succession team of The Unstuck Group after our transition is complete. Looking forward to the next chapter, together.
We’ve put together some FAQ’s about this merger and how you can continue getting my content, as well as how to engage my consulting services going forward. Check those out.
