Instead of “un-multisiting,” let’s get things moving again.

When you first go multisite, you start expanding campuses with the desire to reach more people for Jesus.

But every pastor at a multisite church knows, adding campuses adds complexity to your ministry.

Strategies that are supposed to help you engage more people, maximize resources and eliminate space constraints can instead knot things up in multiple areas of the ministry.

We’re seeing more and more multisite churches unintentionally find themselves at the point of “un-multisiting,” with senior pastors finding themselves thinking, “How did we get here?”

But it doesn’t have end up that way. What you have to realize up front is that there are some predictable outcomes for the way you decide to do multisite.

And until recently, there haven’t been many resources out there to help you learn the skills and tools you need to build and lead an effective multisite church.

Without a clear strategy, going multisite can get you multistuck.

That’s why I want you to check out the Multisite Unstuck Course from The Unstuck Group.

Our experience shows most multisite churches are struggling with issues like:

  • Clarifying decision rights
  • Managing the tension between central and campuses
  • Effectively choosing new locations and launching new campuses
  • Selecting the right campus pastors and setting them up for success
  • Improving internal and external communication

You probably have the people on your team to lead through these issues.

You may just need a process.

That’s where this course comes in.

It equips you to lead your church through these challenges, at your own pace, with coaching from the Unstuck team as you learn, process, facilitate the exercises with your leaders, and start implementing next steps at your church.

And the best part? It’s all on your own time. It’s all formatted to work with your busy schedule. It gives tangible next steps that help you implement your learnings in your unique context.

I hope you’ll check out the course we have created at The Unstuck Group.

Enrollment closes on October 31. Get in while you can!
