Multisite Lab – Hosted by MultiSite Solutions
A Pre-Conference Equipping Lab for Church Leaders
Day 1: Going Multisite
Monday, March 4, 1-5pm
The multisite movement began as a space solution for megachurches but has become a reproductive strategy for healthy, growing, outreach-oriented churches.
Many church planters today are starting churches with a vision to reproduce and multiply through church planting and multisite strategies.
In this pre-conference Lab, learn the basics of launching strong with multisite practitioners Jim Tomberlin, Rich Birch (multisite pioneer and founder of unSeminary.com) and Kadi Cole (multisite pioneer and former multisite director at Christ Fellowship in Palm Beach Gardens, FL).
Day 2: Growing Multisite
Tuesday, March 5, 8 -11:30am
The future of the multisite movement belongs to churches who want to move beyond reproducing one or two campuses, but instead long to see their church begin multiplying congregations exponentially.
These pioneering churches seek to operate out of a multiplication culture by reproducing disciples and campuses at an accelerating rate.
In this pre-conference lab, Jim Tomberlin, Greg Ligon (Leadership Network VP and co-author of the Multisite Revolution), Daniel Im (Founder and Director of Church Multiplication for NewChurches.com at LifeWay Christian Resources) and Andy Addis (Pastor, Crosspoint Church, Hutchinson, KS) examine the characteristics of multiplying multisite churches and invite you to begin taking steps now toward becoming a future movement-making multisite church.
Regardless of whether you are launching your first campus or your tenth, there are concrete steps you can take now to prepare for the new season of multiplication ahead.
One Hour Workshops
Workshop 1: Multiplication Through Microsites with Andy Addis
Tuesday, March 5, 2:30-3:30pm
Microsites are an innovative new approach to church multiplication that are best described as a microcosm church that can be done by anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Though the microsite idea is very embryonic at this time, micrositing is another step forward in the multisite movement that will help churches reach more people better, faster, cheaper and further.
CrossPoint Church in Hutchinson, KS is a multisite church with a dozen locations that is getting traction with micrositing as a strategy to birth new campuses and plant more churches in rural settings.
Workshop 2: Multisite Organizational Structure with Kadi Cole
Wednesday, March 6, 8:45-9:45am
Every new campus launch not only brings opportunities and excitement, but added stress on your current organizational structures and systems.
Whether you are planning your first campus launch or are seasoned in multisite, this session will offer practical tips on navigating the inherent tensions in a multisite church.
With over 30 years in ministry leadership, Kadi served as the first Multisite Executive Director on the Senior Leadership Team at Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She helped lead their growth from 4,000 to over 20,000 becoming one of America’s largest multisite churches context.

Leadership expert Jenni Catron, who loves putting feet to vision focuses on the unique opportunities and challenges of multiplying leaders in a multisite church context.
Jenni has served on the executive leadership teams of two successful multisite churches at Menlo Church in Menlo Park, CA and Cross Point Church in Nashville, TN. Prior to ministry leadership, she worked as Artist Development Director in the Christian music industry.
