Charles Hill

MultiSite Strategist- Small to Medium-Size Churches

Charles Hill is a seasoned multi-site church planter with a passion for rural and small town America.

In 2002 he started New Hope Community Church in rural Loudonville, OH that grew to three campuses with over a 1,000 in attendance and an international campus in southeast Asia. In 2009 Charles turned over the leadership of New Hope Church to follow a radical call to plant reproducing churches in Utah and across the Rocky Mountain region as founder and leader of Mission West.

His passion for rural America led him to create The Sticks Conference to inspire, encourage, equip and network church planters and pastors serving in the back roads of America.

Charles and his wife Tiffany live with their three children in South Jordan, Utah.

Charles looks forward to helping churches who are considering multi-site locations in small to medium-size towns under 100k in population. He specializes in working with churches that are under-resourced, under-staffed and under 2,000 in attendance. If you would like Charles to help you multiply your church in the sticks, contact us.
